I'm a decendant of Frank "buckskin Lesile and I didn't know anything about this until my Uncle moved back to Texas so now I going to have to do alot of research on this.
I'm a relative from Admiral ( Pirate) Drake and a few other important fighters in world history on both sides of my family.
So I ask you what did your family say if he did it he must have told a brother or friend he did?
I heard Johnny killed Wyatt friend and chalenged him toi a draw and Doc went there because he hated Johnny and wanted him for himself and knew he could outdraw johnny where wyatt asn't as fast.
I read in a real west magazine that they found a diary of Doc Holliday who wrote while he was riding out one day and he happened upon Johnny Ringo passed out under a cotten wood with his pistol in his hand resting on his chest. He wrote he did the world a favor and shot him. I don't know if it is true or not but that is what I read.
@RevolverRingo Doc Holliday it was not...he was in Pueblo Colorado in court 6 hours after Ringo was shot and it is not humanly possible that he made it from Arizona to Pueblo in six hours.
Just so you know, when I put this video together, I did not pick and choose which opinions to show. It just so happened that everyone I talked to believes Buckskin Frank killed Ringo. Off camera, Mr. Sanders, whose grandfather actually knew Ringo and the others, was much more emphatic that Buckskin was the guilty party.

A difficult question. The problem with a question like that is that there has been so much speculation and tabloid press from the era, that it is hard to sort through it all. When researching, I try to go back to the original sources, and find out who was closest to the incident. Who said what, and why did they say what they did? No doubt this will remain under a lot of speculation.
Everyone says it wasn't holliday but who really knows. Someone could've posed as Holliday at court. So doc would have an alliby.
