The fallout between Sam and Edger is more or less the fallout between Corey Haim and Corey Feildman. In real life they both hit rock bottom, but Feildman got himself out of it. Haim could'nt and it cost him everything including his life. R.I.P. Haim Lost Boys 4 ever!!!!!!!!!!
Haim never wanted this movie to be made nor wanted any part of it. I don't think Haim could have even revived this garbage. I really didn't think the third was all that terrible tho.
The 3rd was was surprisingly good for a direct to DVD movie. I consider the thirst the true sequel. It almost completely ignores the 2nd, who's is good. I'd buy the Thirst.

@Markolover13 I have seen the third one. It acted as if the 2nd pretty much didnt happen. I enjoyed that factor. Its not an oscar winner by any stretch of the imagination. But it was pretty decent.

It was the right thing to do, but in reality they should have made a sequel in the early 90's called the Lost Girls with everyone involved, including Joel.

There are 4 comic books that tell the story between Lost Boys 1 and Lost Boys the tribe. To be honest they're not great and leave you wanting more but if your a fan of the movies then are worth reading. If you do read them let me know what you think!

This was the only remotely "cool" part of this film. Only because it had that whole nostalgic factor to it. We all grew up on the original Lost Boys and LOVED IT. This sequel however, should've never seen the light of day. Horrendous.
It's not Sam Frog, it's Sam Emerson, played by Corey Haim (at least in the first one, can't tell if it's him - looks like him under the vamp face). Edgar's brother is Allan Frog. It would be interesting to see how Sam could have been Turned after seeing how hard it was to save his brother in the first one.
oh of course " Edgar " is cool but Corey Feldman as a person is a complete ass to everyone unless he's getting paid for it and then he acts like he's interested . Haim is a much nicer person to be around and i'm actually going out to a Lost Boys reunion next march which will be fuckin amazing .
IMO part of the reason the film sold so well was 'The two coreys' reality show on A&E was running around the same time as release. Sure it didn't burn up the rating, but for A&E it did well (and downright excellent in some metrics and demos). The show was canned (put on hold since contract was for 3 but only filled for 2), I believe they will bring the show back the year before the next movie is release (which is already confirmed)
This is Corey Haim's only part in the whole movie and it has NOTHING to do with the storyline at all. This movie is the biggest piece of shit!! I havent seen such a bad movie since i tried watching "Biker Boys".. seriously, dont waste your time like i did!!!

How do you know I don't know him or knew/worked with him in the past? I'm not saying that I have, but I can say that he was in a MUCH darker place 10 years ago than he is today. There is something to be said for trying and partly failing that I admire more than just accepting the evil defeat and not trying in the first place, to say nothing of the obvious progression I'm pointing towards. You'll be seeing Corey Haim next in Crank 2 High voltage which will be realesed in Cinemas this year,he aint the main star but he's deffo in it,as for Feldman......thats a whole other story

yeah chris and nicole emerson. They dont let you noexactly who they are in the film only that there second name is emerson so you no they have some relation. Thats why the comics were brought out, so we would no wat has happened in the time between the films.

sam was never meant to be a vampire in the original script. he had a bigger part. but he biched to much and then didnt want to film so they only put him in the end. and he got bit by alan. thats how he is a vamp. pitty that haim had probs while filming. would have been cool if he was in more.
and also sams bro was supposed to be in this film also but the actor didnt want to do it. :(.

This was the only remotely "cool" part of this film. Only because it had that whole nostalgic factor to it. We all grew up on the original Lost Boys and LOVED IT. This sequel however, should've never seen the light of day. Horrendous.

It's not Sam Frog, it's Sam Emerson, played by Corey Haim (at least in the first one, can't tell if it's him - looks like him under the vamp face). Edgar's brother is Allan Frog. It would be interesting to see how Sam could have been Turned after seeing how hard it was to save his brother in the first one.

This isn't hidden, it was at the end of the movie.
Corey Feldman was in the first one as the comic book kid. Corey Haim returned as well, but only for like 5 seconds.

oh of course " Edgar " is cool but Corey Feldman as a person is a complete ass to everyone unless he's getting paid for it and then he acts like he's interested . Haim is a much nicer person to be around and i'm actually going out to a Lost Boys reunion next march which will be fuckin amazing .

IMO part of the reason the film sold so well was 'The two coreys' reality show on A&E was running around the same time as release. Sure it didn't burn up the rating, but for A&E it did well (and downright excellent in some metrics and demos). The show was canned (put on hold since contract was for 3 but only filled for 2), I believe they will bring the show back the year before the next movie is release (which is already confirmed)

This is Corey Haim's only part in the whole movie and it has NOTHING to do with the storyline at all. This movie is the biggest piece of shit!! I havent seen such a bad movie since i tried watching "Biker Boys".. seriously, dont waste your time like i did!!!

That might not be it. Maybe he got turned when he was finding thing out about Allen. Then something went wrong and he was tuened into a full Vampire. It looks like Sam blames Edgar for something. Where did you hear that Sam's brother died in a car crash.

I just watched this. Haim was supposed to be in it as a vampire but he fucked up and was doin coke on the set one day and so they counted him out. His fault totally.

He was on 'drugs' during the filming... not nearly the shit he was into back in the day, but was taking valium pills I think... not coke though. Gettin' back in the game freaked him out and he stumbled a bit, he is on a road going in the right direction... just hit a speedbump along the way thats all.

How do you know I don't know him or knew/worked with him in the past? I'm not saying that I have, but I can say that he was in a MUCH darker place 10 years ago than he is today. I just don't consider it an 'all or nothing' propostion with recovery. There is something to be said for trying and partly failing that I admire more than just accepting the evil defeat and not trying in the first place, to say nothing of the obvious progression I'm pointing towards. Corey is in my prayers.
