This scene is why I love the Walking Dead so much. I know there are a few people out there that think this show doesnt have enough zombie killings in it, but that is what makes the show so special. If you want nonstop zombie action, you got thousands of Horror movies that are all the same. But Walking Dead is about the emotion, characters, and when we do get zombie action it feel all that more special. This scene was intense.

It is sad that she was infected. But the one thing I want to know. They were looking for her for almost a week. They found the fram on the snd day. How long did she last before she watch infected and how long before she was found put in the barn before Rick showed up with his son.

@mars8808 It was probably in the days before Rick and the crew reached the barn. She probably ran into a walker, got infected, and they grouped her up into the barn without knowing Rick or his gang yet. So I'm guessing it happened within the first one to three days of their search for her.

Nah remember Carl was shot so Otis didn't know that Rick and his people were looking for a little girl and I don't think Hershel or his family knew about it. This is a great show!! I absolutely love it, I was saddened and surprised that Sophia was dead. Darryl and Rick had high hopes, they held onto that until the very end and that shows that they still have their humanity and soul but Shane is lost. He's what Dale described him to be, he belongs in that "new" world. This show is the best out t

this may sound gross and terrible, but i cant stop watching this video, not because of sophia but because of the amount of emotion in this scene. to me, this was an enormous surprise to see her at the very end of the episode. the entire scene is just impressive, absolutely breathing taking, from the minute you hear sophia to the gun shot, you cant help to put yourself in the shoes of each character as they stare at sophia... just amazing.

Once she was bitten i think the terrified child ran off because in season 1 she saw what happen to people who were bit. When she turned. i believe Otis and Hershal found the child and roped it into the barn. Hershal knew the child was in there but had no idea it was the child they were looking for.

My opinion of Sophia is when she ran into the woods and 2 walkers was chasing her i think honestly there was more then just 2 . i think rick lead some with him and didnt notice and when he put sophia under the tree to hide he only lead the Walkers that was chasing her away.
