is it ok if you damaged ur knee neck and back and u still do it cos thats what im doing somehow i can block the pain and it feels really good after the workout
does it matter at what time of the day you actually workout. do to my daily routine and random work schedule, i find myself doing insanity either real early in the morning or find myself doing it real late at night. could that be a problem?
i finished week until week 3 but ive been really busy so i couldnt do it for a week, and also im not following the nutrition guide but im eating really healthy like the stuff u said in the video! what do u think i should do?
being in the military I do pt three times a week and when I do insanity on those days i really feel it, but that were the rest when needed come into play . yes if you keep at it you will notice the difference

@jadaone4u For me, I'm an evening workouter. It doesn't matter what time you do it as long as you do it.
