I was picked on for years in high school, thanks to the show jackass I got into skateboarding which saved my life, saved me from doing somthing self destructive! Skateboarding as well as punk rock is a positive outlet for me, I embrace being deforent, not conforming to the system or authority! The reason antidepressants produce these shootings is that they are so similar to PCP - Angel Dust. They would be more aptly called "dissociative anesthetics," NOT "antidepressants". A dissociative anesthetic is designed to basically knock out the brain while the body keeps going. Eric first felt homicidal after starting on Zoloft. These are deadly drugs & very difficult to withdraw from without serious problems. Eric considered stopping the Luvox to "fuel the rage" needed to shoot everyone.

Almost 20 years, and I can still see down the barrel of his gun as he pointed it at my face. I was bullied by dozens and dozens (want their names?) of students at LHS... many of them verbally threatened my life, debated my right to "waste" the oxygen in the air, SPIT in my face daily, and in the typical "kids will be kids" behavior, pushed, shoved, slapped, punched and demeaned. It is a very good and informative video. Though in the end I think that also the killers should be remembered for who they were before all this school shooting happened. That's who they really were. They were the ones that cried loudest for help, and though doing it through violence was a very wrong way of showing it, this was perhaps the way they thought it could be seen the best. Yes I think bullying was a seriously important factor in columbine. Perhaps not the prime motivation but certainly without the fundamental hatred each boy had for the school it would not have happened.
