In Ireland it takes ages to pour Guiness, they put a tiny bit in a glass (they have to prepare loads at once to keep up with demand) and then gradually top them up, so when you buy one, they top up the last bit of a pint thats been behind the bar for posibly an hour or more. However outside of Ireland (i.e mainland UK and Europe) they fill the glasss 3/4 leave it for a minuit and then top it up, thats where the 119 second thing comes from. But its not true in Ireland.
