If i were you i would find an honest teacher to teach you real Tai Chi and not this demo rubbish. For those with an untrained eyes Mantak doesn't posses root as he claims. Notice he is actually 'floating' the other guy hence both his hands is placed below the unsuspecting volunteer. Its the oldest kung fu trick in the book and i am surprised people are still falling for it. Anyway there are many genuine teachers out there so dont give up looking.
