It appears that the wigwags power down before the last car clears the road, and continue swinging just from the momentum from when they were powered up.
Cool video i camped there near the tracks and was there for about a week -- saw two trains. A UP rock train with five engines, and a pair of WSOR SD40-2's.
Great Video! I was there on the third and it was pretty cool to see the train running through the park. Of course, they had to lay on the horn to keep the hikers off the tracks...
