hey can you help me, my phone is locked I phoned up my old service provider and asked them for the pac code so I could change networks...they needed the most called on my phone, but the number is on my sim card and my phone is broke. When I put it in my new phone I get a sim lock message, I was wondering how I could unlock this my self for free, can you help?

I seriously need help and I would really appreciate if someone would help me...I just bought a LG Prime and I put my old SIM card in there and it said "Incorrect SIM" I took it to the ATT tech support store and he said it was just the phone and told me to return it and get a new one. So I got another LG Prime today and once again, when I put the SIM Card in it says "Incorrect SIM" I would really appreciate it if someone would help me (:

@chargerfanCD94 Your sim card, has to be issued by the same company, as in you cant use an att sim card for a boost mobile phone ect.

This works with any phone that accept the SIM card from the other phone and is not locked with a provider. Well you can always unlock the one that is locked with a provider. I tried to switch SIM card from my Norwegian phone to a Japanese phone. That did not work correctly probably............ LOL :D I just had to try.

what happens if you have a verizon phone(ex.blackberry storm) that was $149.99 a month and then you have this other verizon phone that is $200 a month so when u take out the sim card from the storm and put it in the other phone do you have to pay 149.99 a month or 200.00 a month
