If a blow fish blows up outside of water, 99% of the time it will not be able to go down to it's normal size. It will die of a heart attack. This is because it puffs upo with air outside of the water and fish suffocate when they breath air outside of water. Don't take fish out of water just for fun. It's not funny. It's stupid. Very lucky this fish got back down to size but actuially it may not have survived afterwards.
