yeh but he was a dictator in his human life and everytime he's been given magic or had magic used on him he's shown himself untrustworthy case and point the time zelda gave him human form to pursue a relationship with roxie but he was swayed by another woman's attractive body and it didn't work. also the time harvey gave him a tiny bit of magic and all he did was give himself a foot instead of a paw.

Yes, that's true. Let me just say that Aunt Irma is SEMI-Evil. But not quite evil. She just enjoys humilitaing others like when she turned Hilda into a basket case a few episodes ago in the Birthday Witch. But in A Fish Tale, how can Harvey (after being temporarily gifted with Sabrina's magic) turn Aron back into a human? I thought only the witches who cast a spell on someone are the only ones that can undo them. Not other witches.

it ses in the episode that while sabrina was trying to undo irma's spell harvey was trying to make her happy and so it could break through the seal on the spell
