no, when you fracture your skull sometimes (if its bad) cerebrospinal fluid comes out of your ear. its also very bad when you have it outside your body.

so it's an effect of a fractured skull. hmm.. which part of the skull would be prone to have effects as this? i'm guessing, it would most probably be the temporal. but doesn't it work that way..?
