  • HanGookBoi, don't be hatin on airbus

  • It's so majestic

  • the dude whos in the video hes so cute and i loved the A380 lifting off

  • Ugh. Edit! The jerkycam made me totally sick.

  • i tink dah,,, it wasn't a a380 video,,,,it was a people photo session!

  • WTF? u a Boeing fan boy or sumthin

  • neither... Just that i dont think that plane will ever be filled even up to 75%... Waste of money.

  • i respect your view, however i wouldnt call it AIRbus's mistake. Its only just entered commercial service so we shall see.

  • they have had a lot of full flights

  • Lol landing in adelaide R5 u will here a vortex after all landings exept for turboprops

  • oooh Ive come over all peculiar an I'm all of a dither!!

  • Bananas....... Oh yea, Veryyyy Funny.!!!!

  • Say something funny dude... uhh bananas lmao wtf!?

  • News update: This just in...a deadly typhoon in Pakistan was created by the jetwash from an Aibus 380...more on this story from Trish Farbie...Trish?

  • im a donkey

  • All jetplanes have a massive back draft blast, whether they are american or european. theres only one way to lift 300 tons of metal and gasoline into the air. IN an airshow, people sit much nearer the runway than in an airport. It does explain why grass near runways has a blasted heath look about it.

  • No doubt this could bankrupt Airbus and especially when you consider they were relying on American companies like UPS and FedEx when it's obvious where their loyalties lie...yep American. The weak dollar and strong Euro is another factor against Airbus.

    Boeing win I'm afraid..

  • airboos lost the fedex and ups order because of delays, not because of 'loyalty'. just like EU regional airlines that fly boeing, us airlines fly boeing/airbus/bombardier/embraer because it makes economic sense for that airline, not due to blind patronage. wonder why air canada ordered a bunch of E175 % E190s?

and of course boeing wins. the 787 and 777LR are of much greater engineering achievements than the beast that is 380.

and how the hell do you cut all the cables 2 meters too short?

  • Now, the break even at the start for the A380 was 120 planes...thereabouts. It then went to 425 planes and recently it was said to have risen again. Now, the firm orders for this plane are around the 165 mark. Anyone else see a problem? Airbus are estimating a total of 750 sold during it's life, but if they don't hurry up and sell, or if any other problems arise...they wont even break even if they sell 750 planes.

  • Oh yeah...and consider this: all the orders by UPS and FedEX for the freighter version of the A380 (about 40 planes) were cancelled..basically leaving the freighter never to be made, it looks like. Boeing got the cancelled orders.

  • And then the yanks have a sixth sense when it comes to building planes...when the A380 was about to come out, it seemed like a really good idea..just a couple of years later, with the global change thing heating up so much, the new plasticised Boeing loosk the better option..fuck it, let's just give up now and let the yanks think about airtravel...

  • I'm afraid the big fat yank is right, they kick our European arse at everything to do with aviation. Yeah, well done France for building a plane (A380) where they can't fulfill order commitments and many companies are walking away...nice one Airbus, having to take the plane by road and pass a village through a tiny road which just about fits (look up how the A380 is made).

  • disgrace

  • if you go close near the engine you can actually get sucked in the engine, i seen someone get sucked inside and he came out like strawberry milkshake all liquid form even his clothes and shoes came to liquid by the blades propellors

    Be save, Praise GOD Amen

  • The only guy I know who was suck by a F/A 18 engine and he was seen moments later crawling out of it

  • Are you for real?!

  • Id perfer a Boeing 787 more than an Airbus A380

  • they are different categories you fuck

  • Oh man..... Boeing is so much better than that ugly shit...

  • A380s are like boeng on steriods

  • fuck airbus. boeing is always the best

  • Not to mention Concorde

There SST failed at wooden mockups:)

  • yeah yeah you americans are always the best in every field. We dont even listen to u anymore. I just think Europe is superior in certain fields. For example France have been making impressive aerospace equipment, although the British did well with the Harrier jet. STill Germans are excellent engineers.

  • That doesn't change the fact that boeng is better. Just accept it and move on.

  • Yawn... hmm, oh, is it over??

  • fuckkk offfff! u know these kind of things are nt true!!!dum dum

  • Grow up will you

  • how do you spell what?

  • ...bananas. I know its a crap joke but I didn't think it was that cryptic.

  • Awesome CLIMB

  • With 55,000lbs of thrust apiece...expect that to happen! That is the reason that Melbourne Airport (Australia) spent millions to widen their Main 4km North/South Runway. BTW - that joke killed the vid...

  • flyboy172r (1 month ago)

With 55,000lbs of thrust apiece...expect that to happen!

YOUR A FUCKING IDIOT, IT HAS AT LEAST 67,000LB PER ENGINE. It wouldnt even takeoff with that low number you put out. Dumbass.

  • chill out. it's not that big of a deal.

  • He thinks that its a 747 The A380 way better and it has more tech

  • wait for the 787 and then say its got more tech lol

  • dont compare boenig to airbus when it comes to tech. just see the cockpits of airplanes form both companies and u ll see the difference

  • i fly them guy i prefer boeing thats why the you hear the 737 backbone of every airline not fucking a321's thats why when people go to airplrts they go to see the 747's or 777 sure they see others but those are the highlights the a380 cant even be produced and you guys are already bragging about it name one airline that has them fully operational

  • Good for boeing

  • one has consistent flight decks, the other does not. one uses joysticks, the others don't. *shrug*. sounds like more penis envy from the europeans.

  • don't forget the 777 300ER

  • Nice takeoff poor video work

  • i would rather avoid the A380's. Not since is's big or anything just that i dont like the history of it..

  • That's a really stupid idea.

  • bananas?

  • Yeah I thought the Gwen Stefani reference was funny...it isn't :(
