You do understand that the moast dangerous part of this "Experiment" is that, as has been experience with me as i used WATER, super soakers are cheap, and leak. alot. So consider this: Your friend is shooting this gun, having fun, pissing off the neighbors, ect... but what he doesnt realize is that as he is squirting gasoline out of his toy, little streams of gasoline are running down his shirt.

2 mins later, going back at it, the gasoline in his shirt heats up and turns to vapor. as he is lighting his flamethrower's pilot light, boom. he is coverd in flame. he tries to stop drop and roll, but he can't because the feul is attatched to him, so he either dies, or lives the rest of his life with scars, and doner's skin.

When I was a kid (much younger than you idiots who are old enough to know better) I tried that with a small water pistol full of gasoline. It worked for one shot before the pistol split in half because the gasoline melted the glue holding it together and my hand was thus covered in burning gas. Ever consider what happens when an entire super-soaker full of burning gasoline comes apart in some kid's hands because he copied you morons' "educational only" video?

Granted, there is always a risk when it comes to improvised flamethrowers, so if you have any ideas, I'd highly recommend you stick to NO risk and just watch the videos.
