This song came out in 香港情懷90 -- 1990 HK album. 急流勇退. A song that was suppose to be given to Leslie when he retired in 89. Sam was too shy to let him know that he wrote a song for him, but then he heard rumors that he developed his own retirement song, and he kept this song for him self.
