@dervxerox I'm guessing this would be a direct quad motor fully electric L-ion assembly. The solar panels on top charge the vehicle's slave battery that could be designed to be located virtually anywhere really. It's not that far for reality.
Don't know so much about VW concept, that logo is a Peugeot logo sweety .. or was i looking at something else, eff, my dog needs me to throw his ball back, got things to do
