the champion was determined by a combination of the first submitted note (where we let people do any kind of note, including the low "grudge" note, the second note which finalists sent to us, and a third note that was done on this live shows according to more stringent requirements. Peter won fair and square.

okay i'll reply. if you really consider what the supernote experiment was, you would come to realize it was pretty epic. not by hollywood standards but this was possibly the biggest youtube collaboration ever - over 2000 videos were submitted. and keep in mind, this wasn't some big company with unlimited resources putting this together, it was two guys in lillington, nc and a few of their fans helping out.

as for me, yeah i'm not very expressive. but i do happen to be one of their biggest fans.

Physically it is all about how low you can put the sound pressure level of your note.

By doing a silent noise (very weak note), which I don't think would be acceptable in here (even though no one actually specified the minimum intensity of sound required), I followed this guy all alone his supernote, and at the end I wasn't that breathless, I could have done more, gurgling like he did.

He didn't stop, BlogTV has horrible lag and the sound always cuts off. They were able to hear him without the lag because they were on the phone/skype with him where the sound doesn't cut off.
