  • Love it! I used to play this song by heart - I think I memorized it within 5 days because I loved playing it so much. I miss playing piano (no room for it in my apartment and there are noise ordinances), especially when I hear such a great rendition.

  • I know how to play this piece. It is quite easy because the title of the piece is Zwei leichte Klaviersonaten, and leichte means easy. Still I enjoy playing it even if it is so easy.

  • @BellatrixPlaysPiano yeah i now this song is easy i mean not hard, i can play it without notes and the whole song. actually it is not hard :)

  • The best interpretation I've ever heard !

  • This is so beautiful

  • Best Interpretation, barenboim is also good ;)

  • She plays the triplet runs too fast. She plays it in 3 counts instead of 4. It throws everything off one beat each time...

  • Really wonderful!! Thank you!

  • @Manca112 What are all these "classes of piano" you are talking about? I tried to look it up but all it talked about was piano lessons. And, people, it's really not that hard. I've been playing piano for a year and a half and I don't think this song is that hard at all.

  • @BellatrixPlaysPiano lucky you, then. I've been playing the piano for ten whole years by now and I got to play this song half a year ago. although I agree with you on the point that it is not too hard to play it takes a lot of practice to play it REALLY WELL and BEAUTIFULLY!

  • thx for posting and especially for the Bio

  • I LIKE IT A LOT!

  • great playing! im testing for 7th and im playing the first part for the test. the first part is simple except i have trouble with the last trill thing near the end. i really love this song :)

  • Thanks for uploading this. I needed a recording to listen to while analyzing without introductions and all the noise in a live recording.

  • i dont like it..its too fast and too tough..

  • @osebheikhian Yes, it's really tough, im 6th class of piano and i can't play it fast :D it's really hard song

  • @Manca112 I have just start it to learn, and yes it is difficult than if Im 9th class of piano

  • @madmegdigital Song is just a general term. Lighten up.

  • absolutely lovely.......thank you

  • The directions say, "ma non troppo". Like most performers, she rushes the triplets-- terrible. I can't bear to listen to the whole thing.

  • @jdmazzify seriously...i dont think that every single person follows every single tempo exactly..honestly...everyone has their own interpretations..just DEAL with it.

  • @pal0palo The problem I have with it is that Beethoven specifically writes: Allegro, ma non troppo.

  • @jdmazzify .......good point.but still..

  • @pal0palo To be frank, I have listened to the whole thing now and I feel like it's pretty good. Is it as Beethoven indicates in the score? Not 100%, but I like it, now, from the standpoint that one appreciates say, "Romeo and Juliet", done in a modern, liberal context.

  • @jdmazzify i dont think that pieces should be played exactly according to how the composer indicates or wants, but still close though. because really, the words fast, but not too fast can mean alot of different speeds to alot of different people..and i think that composers have that in mind when they write what the tempo should be, so they just give a general speed for it to be at. and i agree its not perfect, but i think she interpreted it her own way and that is what makes it good music.
