I have loved this song since i first heard it. their remixes are superlative and sublime. check out terry bones - dreaming (cm remix) and r.o.o.s - instant moments (cm remix). ironically, the only word to describe this tune is ineffable.

First of all, yes people still make tracks exactly like the old ones now, but that's not exactly a good thing. Electronic music is about experimentation, pushing forward, embracing technology, etc. It's not about constantly reliving the past and never changing or doing anything new. Detroit was called future city for a reason--it's not about the past, it's about the future.

"Back in the day" it took alot more to get tracks like these to get made.....that's why there was alot more thought put into it. Electronica has become simplified and comercial. Of course there are still 1000's of decent tracks out there, but....."they don't make'm like they used to..."

I'd say anything AFTER 98 is new skool, anything before then, old skool, trance peaked in 98-99, yes it progresses forward, but that dont mean it gets better, the 90's was to dance/rave/trance etc. what the 60's was to rock music, btw, if it aint about the past why the hell do sooo many of todays producers keep sampling 'old' choons?..... nah mate, old skool forever for me, some tech trance is allright, but most of its soul-less pish imo

god i feel so hold now. lol. i was 16 years old when this first came out. 98 and 99 was such great years for euphoric trance. i was glad i was in my teens when we first had music like this. still loving trance now.
