it was AWESOME!!! Switchfoot was the best, but all the other bands were awesome 2!!! The other bands were Red, Jars Of Clay, Robert Randolph and the family band, and Third Day.

Forgive me concretegirl. I did see a few minutes of the soundcheck that you are talking about. This is the first time that Switchfoot performed it live during a concert. Jon even said so himself before he played it in front of everyone and when I was talking to him after the concert. I should have been more specific. Thanks!

I actually got to talk to all of them. I waited around after the concert and they came out one at a time. They were all really cool. It was my first time talking to them so I was pretty psyched. Jon was really down to earth and an incredibly humble guy. He was a lot shorter than I thought he'd be to be honest. We talked shortly about his EPs and I got a picture with him and an autograph.

They've already finished making a video for the song according to Jon. I ended up talking to him after the concert for a little while. They got done shooting it in LA a few days before their trip to Iowa City (Where i recorded this video)
