Actually, the Force Unleashed addition of GamePro magazine (which was released months beforce the force unleashed came out) did clearly state that the those technologys would not be in the wii version due to the lack of next gen hardware on the wii. I don't get any other gameing magazines so I don't know if it was stated anyware else. But it is always a very good Idea to do as much reasurch about a game as you can before you buy it. Renting it is also a very good idea.

That sucks, man. I was going to get it for my Wii but I guess I'll rent it first. I never expected any of the new technology to be on the Wii but if it is as bad as you say it doesn't bode well for the Wii.

I defend it time and time again against my friends and many other people who just bash it. But the reality is the console is become less appealing to me. It's too damn family orientated, it's a smart move by nintendo but not a popular one that's for sure.
