  • this guy is a beast:)

  • Yes but if hes lefthanded that also makes it easy for him to throw middle kicks as well just think about it.

  • Lovely kicking!!!

  • Ебальничек не забывай прикрывать, тетя.

  • This is Duke Rufous??

  • who is the instructor, please? i really like his method of showing techniques.

  • @marvelouscrow Duke Roufus. He trains Anthony Pettis and other fighters.

  • @S4ncheezy Thanks a lot, I really appreciate. I am going to search for his videos, thanks again.

  • @S4ncheezy Wow really? Pettis is my new favorite fighter. I saw a couple of his fights, his triangle choke is deadly lol.

  • Something to watch out for when using a muay thai kicking style like this: If your opponent is someone who practices judo or a similar style, be very careful, because a well placed throw will completely ruin you if you're relying on momentum from body weight for power. In order to avoid that, you absolutely HAVE to give your kicks enough torque from hip rotation for maximum power, so that there's less chance of getting through your kick to get in position for a throw.

  • wow
