Hmm... I've always found Blue Streak to be respectively smooth as a woodie. I've always ridden in the front seat though when I ride (because there is hardly ever a line, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

this ride is not boring, it was 1 of the first rides at Cedar Point, so it might not be as fast as the others, it might not be as fun as the others, i would love 2 go on that ride anytime.

@SuperWebben They don't speed the ride up at night. The only roller coaster I of know with an adjustable speed is the defunct High Speed Thrill Coaster at Knoebels.

I've heard that wooden roller coasters run smoother later in the day.

Dude, this ride is amazing. it does have more airtime than any ride there except maybe gemini's first drop. Thats outrageous! Lol. Millenuim force doesnt have that kinda airtime! GOO BLUE STREAK!

Riding this coaster was even better 10 -12 years ago before the "safety improvements". Only one seat belt, one set of silver bars that only came down even with the top of the car, one flat seat so you could squash the person to the right as you flew around the turn....watching the employee pull that huge old wooden lever to manually stop the coaster when it game back to the station...

How can people say this ride sucks? Yes, it's bumpy, but it's has crazy air time. I love Millennium Force but to be honest, this ride has more air time than on that ride.

I hate this ride so much. It's wayy to jerky to be enjoyable and the lap bar only has one setting so whether you're too big or too small for it you have to deal with it..I nearly flew out. :/

For the oldest roller coaster at the park, this gives you sone sick airtime on the bunny hills!! Truely a classic!! Sad one of my favorite classic coasters is no longer around, the Big Dipper at Geuaga Lake.

@Coasterdude02149 LOL! blue streak is one of the better coasters in the park in my opinion, and i am a young'n. the 0 g's from the bunny hills is amazing, especially towards the end of the day. Hoping to make it back up to Sandusky this summer. 10 years has been waay to long, but my kiddo is finally tall enough to ride most of the coasters.
