Okay, so i'm confused. How did they go from that AWFUL fucking demo shit, to this? Was there just a lot of confusion over what the hell the band wanted to do with the material? It confuses me that their label signed them to begin with considering how absolutely TERRIBLE their first song was. I will agree with ChrisBKoolio. The talent IS there, but... it still doesn't make an effort to avoid sounding any less painful and generic.

The reason being is because they're just trying too hard to be "BRO0O0O0TAL", as you put it. Maybe if they just let off on trying to be so heavy and stopped trying to hit that "shit my pants" note, then maybe they'd stop sounding like they're trying to overcompensate for something.

@ChrisBkoolio I thought Surround by Silence was embarrassingly bad, but this is still a bad EP. It's not hilariously bad like SBS was, but its still about as mediocre as a deathcore release gets. The vocals are cringe worthy. The instrumentals are about as boring as could be. The metal community is flooded with bands like this, 95% of them do a better job with deathcore than these guys.

Their single was far more experimental than this. It seems like they abandoned anything truly experimental when they wrote this cd. Their best bet is to get rid of their vocalists. The drummer is solid, the rest of the band is okay and nothing more, but their vocalists are embarrassing.
