Long ago people were worried about the goverment spying on them. The Book 1984 even had a term for it. "Big Brother is Waching". But, in your bigger citys your only off TV camers for maybe 15 mins. a day. With say bank camers, Parking lot camers, and so on. Thing is what some places post the video on the web. "Big Brother is Waching" and we are him....
