@murenhe haha that queastion ma de me laugh because i kinda dont do that much i try eat healthy like fish/steak or chicken i bake or grill food potatos or rice and alot of veg and fruit and i drink alotttt of plain water but sometimes ofcourse i eat fatty foods , i dont go gym , which maybe i shud/ i wud like , but ye i think i just got high metabolism. sorry i didnt help that much ! xx
