@VajzeFierakee Well Azulon, Zuko's granfather, was conveinced that Ozai wasnt humbled enough and told him to kill Zuko and Ursa found out about it and made a deal with Ozai that she would kill Azulon so he could be firelord. After that she just vanished but not before saying good bye to Zuko, who was half asleep.
