And the reason Mario is so good and successful is because it's innocent and happy. All of these games nowadays are trying to be more story than substance, and it's harming the industry as a whole because no real person cares about the story. Back in the day stories were "There are aliens, go kill them" or "There are monsters, go kill them". It was beautiful in its simplicity. Now there are very few (three) games in the world that I care about the story, and that's because they're fun to play.

No, this is a original idea it is not set inside the D&D universe, or Baldur's Gate setting, this is a original setting from Bioware. One of the inspirations for this was A Song Of Fire And Ice, not Diablo.

How about a real-time MMORPG-style game, without the middle-ages BS? I want guns, real-time controls, first person in addition to third person, and an expansive immerse environment that you can enjoy.

To put it in perspective, kinda like MAG except huger and more quests and stuff instead of just shooting people. Or knifing them or punching them.

Yeah, I was there. They had playable demos of Left 4 Dead 2 and Dragon Age right next to each other. To play Left 4 Dead 2 you had to wait in line for like 45mins but Dragon Age usually had a spot open right away.

Well this is kind of new. SOE has been working on a chronicles system for SWG that allows players to make there own quests. Still this forge mode type thing is still pretty new

Not really. Elder Scrolls Morrowind and Oblivion has the Construction Set, which allows people to add custom items, quests, factions, etc. The Neverwinter Nights series has its own toolset as well, which allows players to make entire campaigns.
