@Swagg3rQueen You can use the end of a bobby pin. You can also use a toothpick or a pencil. Test it on a piece of paper first to make sure you like the size. Also, try looking for dotting tools on eBay; they are very cheap!

I don`t get it. How can she apply such a thick coat,and make it dry completely...how do you dry so many thick layers...? Srsly....that`s just bullshit. If you try to do something with those nails - scratching your head,for example,your hair will leave visible lines and damage the design so easily...
