@seXBOXmods to iso you have to take your xbox apart so your disk drive is open stick a usb into the back of it, instal cod 5 to harddrive it should come up with a list of the choises to install it to, then you do the hotswap (slow the original cod 5 disk down take it out the stick the modded disk on) after you do that click instal to harddrive let it download to 100% put the original cod 5 disk in and BOOM!
