That's ridiculous. They charge the State. This health care system is a joke. It's the most corrupt, inefficient, and overpriced system in the world, none of that is exaggerated. This is why we are about 50th in the world, 34th in infant mortality, and the most expensive. People are idiots if they think they're getting value and quality for their money. The only thing they're getting is ripped off.
