  • ...seriously, how does Pixar do it? They almost never seem to miss (well, minus Cars, but that's more of a Disney merchandising franchise for little kids, anyway - I wouldn't necessarily call it a Pixar movie).

  • damn this is a best one i heard from this movie!

  • Really, really similar to Space March by John Barry. I liek!

  • Incredible score

  • i really really hope they make a sequel for this movie. =)

  • If thou dick gets hard while listening to thy song, it's probably pretty damn good. My dick got hard.

  • @bolshak34 Uuuuuuuuuuuh....

  • I remember expecting him to break free from the black bubble things. It didn't happen.

  • I felt so bad for Mr. Incredible when he was looking at the computer screen and saw that all his friends were dead....it's like in Star Wars when Yoda drops his cane and clutches his heart when all the Jedi are dying....gets me each time, that AND this....and the FREAKING MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @DestructiveMomoKing Only unlike in the last star wars movie, in this movie it doesn´t come of so overly dramatic when we are supposed to cry for a bunch of people we had no idea exactly who they even were considering they never gave us enough reasons to care for them enough. In this movie it helps to know that Bob was once on of these people and seeing how we learn more about him in the ungoing movie makes us even capable of understanding what massiv impact that moment must have been for him.

  • Love it! The sound is indebted to John Barry's James Bond scores - it has clear references to Capsule in Space for instance. But The Incredibles is such a great movie that the homage is totally righteous (dude).

  • @Slimboid

Does sound a bit like James Bond...

  • @DestructiveMomoKing You mean a LOT? ;)

  • @DestructiveMomoKing The music theme here is a honor reference to John Barry, as the whole movie is a reference to superheroes and james bond vilains. search for Space March (Capsule in Space) from the You live only twice OST

  • Has kinda a LOST feel to it :D

  • "Indruder Alert!"

    "Intruder Alert!"

    "Intruder Alert!"

  • 2:39

    Talk about POWERFUL.

  • what did kronos even mean, besides the password. and why was it in that cave?

  • @brancool88 Kronos was a titan and the father of zeus. look up the greek myth, it will explain everything.

  • @brancool88 don't know what the word meant. but it was in the cave because that's the last thing Gazorbeam did before he died. Apparently, he found out about the plan and the last thing he could do before he died was beam the password to the computer onto the wall of the cave for the next victim to find.

    hope i helped.

  • @brancool88 GazerBeam burned KRONOS into the wall and stalactites with his laser vision a few weeks before Mr. Incredible found him. GB's dying posture is a clue to look at the cave from his angle, that is, from the same position when he carved out the word, so the laser marks on the wall and stalactites line up perfectly to from the word KRONOS.

Kronos was the leader of the Titans in ancient Greek myth. You can try drawing parallels with the film, but I think some might turn out strained.

  • @brancool88 Kronos is also the root word Chrono or 'Time.' Could be translated that Syndrome wanted to change The Times with his plan and technology, shaping it in his twisted idea of revenge against being scored against powered humans. By faking being a superhero once to become a real superhero for the rest of his life and then selling his stuff when he was old, he would be changing the concept of a hero, he would be changing the opinion of those who remembered heroes, thus changing the times

  • Don'cha just love that tingly feeling going up your spine. Hahaa! Kudos, and thanks for uploading~

  • Mmm.... my favorite piece from this movie...

  • 0:59 - 2:34 makes you wonder for some reason best piece i have ever herd!

  • @Sairium same here

  • Even as an 11-year-old when I first saw this, I noted this as my favorite scene simply because of the intricate buildup of music. Good job, Giacchino. :)

  • I love the suspenseful buildup! This is my favorite piece from the movie!

  • This is fantastic music! It's a nod to the old James Bond scores by John Barry, if I've ever heard one. :P

  • Totally man, Michael Giacchino definitely captured the essence of a 60's like vibe

  • @chemicalfire89

Very true! This piece really reminds me of the parts of old bond movies where the villain s putting his doomsday weapon in motion and Bond is faced against seemingly insurmountable odds. It really captures that vibe well.

  • @spidernm

Correct Michael Giacchino wrote the soundtrack in that spirit, only instruments which were iconic for the golden sixties were used.

  • I Making a cartoon called the perils of elastigirl and one of the episodes has this music in it where elastigirl is on a island full of boulders!

  • Elastigirl Looks COOL In The Picture

  • Easily my favorite scene from the movie, just because of this song.
