I always stay in that woman's car for a long time doing races in the beginning, she starts going nuts when you don't give it her back then you have to start the game with the Mazda RX8. You can do a lot of the game without even spending one penny on your car! Game adjusts itself according to your cars speed. Thats called "no need for speed" lol.
