Maybe Cookie could've been a guest host with Telly & Oscar if he were in here. & it just cracks me up when Oscar keeps going more then 5 Phooies! & the announcer's voice at the opening is scary. & it's funny when Monty is choking Telly at the end, which he does until the first 2 seconds of part 2!
According to Muppet Wiki, Watermelons and Cheese was made in 1997, so it had to be after Richard Hunt's death. This is the best video ever! Brings back memories!
@antsamthompson9 The end of the song eight balls of fur when he broke someones piano and then later he got caught by the cops and sent him to jail. that scene where little chrissy had gone to jail is not seen. Thats what i'm talking about.
why is cookie on the cover

Why isn't Ernie on Watermelons and Cheese?
Miketheyoutubization 3 months ago
Was it because he's absent or sick?

Noel McNeal is the Announcer. He Sounded like the Al Roker Whatnot from the Muppets Take Over Today

8 Balls of Fur is what really made the video great!

@GameStation3 Yes but not by those 2 guys. Cookie monsters by himself with a phone.

I like the song eight balls of fur because he was ramming that piano and breaking it at the end of the song in 4:10.
MuppeTickeler 1 year ago
1:40 How many Phooeys did he give?

You'd think Oscar would have at least sort of liked the first movie -- if a broken piano isn't trash, I don't know what is!
piguy314159 1 year ago
"Phooey...phooey phooey PHOOEY! D8<" xD
Oh, now I'm going to answer the phone like this: "Hello? You got cookie for me plz? :3
xDD I give this video FIVE WOWS! :D

Will you please be able to upload a song sung by the Count "Counting Is Wonderful"?
samueljgross 1 year ago
Not really but thats dumb to me.

Oscar is not a good character. But Telly is.
GwynfrynMWilliams 1 year ago
When Oscar says the 5 phooeys after the 1st movie, it looks like it is disliking. Oscar is my least favorite character on Sesame Street.
GwynfrynMWilliams 1 year ago
Theres a song Eight balls of fur from Shark Tale.

Was Telly playing Gene Siskel? And was Oscar playing Roger Ebert?

I haven't seen this video in a long time. Great to see it again. Who preformed the watermellon? He sounds familear.
antsamthompson9 2 years ago
It's kinda hard to tell. Seems like Richard Hunt to me, although I'm not sure if this was made before/after his death.
Wattamack4alt 2 years ago
Yeah, it is kinda hard.
antsamthompson9 2 years ago
It's Jim Martin (PS, that song's one of my favorites!)

@antsamthompson9 So does little chrissy and the others too but i like chrissy because that song is when he got in trouble for breaking their piano.
MuppeTickeler 1 year ago
@MuppeTickeler Yeah.
antsamthompson9 1 year ago
@antsamthompson9 I remember too but thats severe. That will be against the law for doing that.
MuppeTickeler 1 year ago
@MuppeTickeler What are you talking about?
antsamthompson9 1 year ago

@MuppeTickeler Okay.
antsamthompson9 1 year ago
@MuppeTickeler
Did you make that scene up? It doesn't seem real.
MrMetalmanRock 4 months ago
@MrMetalmanRock Well no because that can occur when he violates the piano. When so then that is illegal to break someone elses piano.
