@leftymorris8 U are right. I would get killed and murdered and smashed against athletic and taller guys. But I play pick up ball at the local gyms, and i do ok against regular dudes. I know I'm no Kobe or a stud. Yesterday I was 5-9 in 1 full court run and 6-13 in 2nd run after starting out 1-6. Plus I am a great passer and unselfish so people like me on their team. I got a lot of other vids too with crazier shots

I shoot over taller guys all the time and I hardly get my shot blocked unless I go in the paint against a 6'6 guy and sometimes they get a piece of the ball due to their reach. I'm too fast for the taller guys. I'm not going against big tall guys all the time too. This ain't the NBA

it's a free throw. not a J. always from the same position= weak. plus poor form as mentioned by other posters. no hops.

try working out by doing some box jumps. get some legs on you and you'll do better. work on follow through and move around a bit.

I don't have hops but I still block a lot of shots a lot. I used to do plyometrics but I got bored with it. Shaq suck on free throws, who isn't better than him lol. No they are more mid range Jumpers than free throws. I have a free throw video too.
