I can only say very respectfully, that this song and the way these two great, amazing unique performers interprete it takes my breath away and makes me JUMP OFF MY SEAT every time l listen to it. when her voice takes over its as though she comes back to life and it gives the shivers! hello how are you i hope you are fine sorry if i am late in answering you but at least i can answer now ..........dalida killed her self she sucide in 1987 i think cause after her last husband left her she felt sooooooo lonely and she dont want to feel she became old so she kill her self

@6465417116 "Suicide" was very present in her life. 3 of the man she loved commit suicide, and one of them in her own room (Luigi Tenco), while she was singing. She tried once to kill herself after that.

She was very depressed, never happy in love, never had a baby, and the glory and all the rewards she received could not fill up this emptiness she had inside.

She killed herself and left a note : "Forgive me, life is unbearable for me"

Sorry to answer so late. Dalida committed suicide, unfortunately. Maybe because she would have liked to have some children. Several men she had fallen in love with died very suddenly so she suffered a lot.
