do a search for ct-100 wells enberg. Piperco carries them for around 486.00.Youtube is not letting me post a link. Its a good hand control for the track because you can apply brake and throttle at the same time for warming tires, break stands, etc.lol
I use a Wells Enberg CT-100 rotary hand control. Space was'nt an issue in the 300c but in my 06 corvette there is limited room so the control fits perfect. I have used it for the past 24 yrs. I just transfer to the newest car i buy.
Only caveat, the cable does were out and sometimes needs to be replaced or adjusted. It has been on two corvettes, the 300c, a saab, a stealth, a 99 z28, a mercury cougar(blech-my first ride after getting out of hospital in 87).
Yeah man i mean what the hell is goin on with shelby drivers ... sux if u don't know how to drive a manual car don't u fuck drive it cz that's pullshit ..SRT8 REALLY?? REALLY? haha u gonna be fuckin kidin me

@zuni99a yes it is. The owner commented below that it was one of his first times down the track. I'm willing to bet he is a helluva lot faster now with more seat time and the usual tune, CAI, blower pulley mods that really wake up an already quick car.
Wow the second video today where I see a shelby getting spanked. Its as if the camera guy and the shelby hater thats in the shelby go: "Hey I let the shelby loose and then lets put it on youtube"
Thanks Trevor. I traded the 300c srt8 in on a 06 C6 vette. Time to start modding the C6.
Blacksrt8300c, nice srt8 you have there. Gotta be a blast driving a procharged 6.1 hemi. Yep the GT500's are well into the 12's stock, when driven reasonably well. I have a friend of a friend who owns a Cobra KR that is just tuned with intake/exhaust, the car is sick for so little in mods.
You have to know how to drive the GT500, most are running mid to high 12's and they should run high 11's. When i added a procharger to my SRT8 , I had to add Nitto 555r drag radials to get traction, that alone cut .5 of my 1/4 mile times. the street tires wouldn't stop spinning.
yo gymratt42 nice 300C yah just need sum magnaflow exhaust on it and a stock GT500 is a 13.50 car and moslty any stang on street tires will spin they need slicks to get tha power down
LOL I was expecting a close race since we were both on street tires and the track was minimally prepped. He ran a 13.8 but the RT was like .7 or something. I know they are in the 11's with slicks. I have heard they aren't the easiest car to launch. My autobody shop owner has a KR mustang that's pullyed, tuned and it is NASTY
@gymratt42 You had a good run in this video. That is my Shelby and it was one of my first times at a drag strip. I was literally green as grass and running a completely stock car with non-sticky tires for a bit of fun. As you can see in the vid, I was having traction problems off the line with some wheel hop added in. Things have changed a bit since then. Let me know if you would like a rematch this year. I believe the outcome may turn out slightly different :)
@pennynike1 iThanks & nice GT500! I always liked the terminator cobras & GT500's/KR's. The srt8 was definitely easier to launch, even on the suv tires.lol I got rid of the 300 and have a monterey red C6 A6 vette. My first two passes ever stock ran 12.91 & 12.92 @ 112 on the runflats. Just got a vararam intake right now. My guess is u probably have a tune, pulley and tires by now.:) I am planning a few trips to GLD, first one in the next 2-3 weeks. Win or lose, a rematch would be really cool
@gymratt42 Congrats on the upgrade to the Vette. I am hoping to be out to Great Lakes some time this month, likely late April. A red car match would be fun.
the only reason why any srt8 300 is because all they have to do is put it a slower time and they get a head start

Hi I'm a t4 paraplegic and had a question. What kind of hand controls are you using?
