Beatriz wouldn't have survive in all her fight at all because first; Oren O shii, surrendered. she didn't fight her, she wanted her to get her revenge just like she did with her parents; Vernita was in her home, with her daughter and husband, protecting her household was her top prioty; Budd own her so =) suck it; finally California's snake head's eye.. worth it. She was pretty lucky.

@Dyrssen Yeah, that's why I respect O'Ren's character tremendously.....O'Ren could have killed Beatrix within 2 seconds after slicing her back but O'Ren under-estimated Beatrix's willpower to continue fighting. I absolutely love when Beatrix is feeling the tug of death and, amidst the pain, she SLAMS her sword into the ground and says "Attack me with everything you have" ...... I get the goosebumps cuz O'Ren probably knew she was fucked, especially after Beatrix got her leg.

I think I heard once that Kill Bill 1 & 2 were originally supposed to be just 1 film, but it was too long altogether. Anyway, Tarantino ended the first one with a good cliffhanger (I won't spoil for anyone who hasn't seen this fully).

Kill Bill is such a great movie. I love that Quentin took Uma made her this strong badass that only had one thing on her mind. Getting revenge and her baby. Most films that have females as leads spend too much tim trying to sexualize and make the woman pretty or randomly fall in love with some dude and become defenseless. This movies is not the case and that's what makes it so good. I want more movies like this. With women kicking ass.
