Wow, the look on the boys face in the beginning of this video ( around the 1:10 mark) is heart brakeing. Are these childern available for adoption? If so, that boy has a home in Florida if he wants it and I meet your requirements.

@arcnev I dont think so sence so meany adopted russians are picked on my born breed americans and get scold for looking up there hertige and that boy who got sent back and russian kids die by the hand of the americans u can no longer get russian adopted kids unless (U know Russian/They will keep there Russian/Keep there Russian Culture/Mature at a young age un like american kids are still immature at age 5-24/have nice homes/and Money) if not dont think about it :) this is the new law of Russia.
