She's like night and day compared to another black female called Julia who was a waffle house cook from season 3 I believe. Julia was totally lovable and awesome in the kitchen she just didn't have the knowledge of fine dining and Chef Ramsey wound up giving her a free ride to culinary school.

Ramsay is not a bully for the sake of being a bully. He is a dick because he is passionate, not trying to steal your lunch money or anything. I can understand why some people would not want to work with him but his anger is great motivation to do better.
I watched Hell's Kitchen once. Safe to say I never watched it again. It was a horrible show, but I did learn one thing: Because of Gordon Ramsay's rampant screaming, cursing, and hurling of dinnerware quickly led me to realise that Ramsay is mentally deranged and is a shocking nasty narcissistic person. He empowers other bullies that it is OK to act like him. Actually he should be flogged and then placed in the stocks so that people can hurl rotten eggs at his ugly vile face.
@TheCusterCat No-no, he does not encourage such behavior. He states many times that he pushes contestants to their full potential and gets the very best out of them. Also, he has his own standards. He tries to get each of them to meet those standards.If they don't, you see the results.
