Yeah not sure about the 700 on that one. I would like to think with 700 it would of kept spinning a lil longer and you wouldn't have needed to use the brakes to smoke the tires. Check out the super charged charger on viper wheels on my page. It has no where near 700HP an it fried the larger tires till we let off.

could be wrong but that sounds like a vortec 350 with a flowmaster. A built 350 with 350hp will do a burnout better than that with no brakestand or atleast close.

Comical, the Vortec intake and injectors can only support low 400's naturally aspirated or 350ish forced induction before the poppet style injectors blow out.
