heh i didn't know there is no-zombie version. I remembered when I installed after playing the original Carmageddon for years, I saw zombie, said WTF, deintsalled the game, returned back to Carma 1 and never played Carma 2 anymore :)

@PsiloCybinDreamX of course not, there's a minimap and a oponent target system that only exist in Carma2 also the cars are from C2 but the level is imported from carma1 :)

The console version in europe were the worst, it has DINOSAURS instead of pedestrians, this totally destroys the point in the game and the title 'Carmaggedon', holy shit!!!

I remember, when Carmageddon 2 for DOS first came out, I played it with my friend.

It was really what was described on the box.

But, the new version, the one using better graphics, was not it anymore, that's somekinda mega pussycore game for toddlers with age of 3 and below. It doesn't even have cops in it, like Carmageddon had and like original Carmageddon 2 for DOS had.

Why the fuck hasn't nobody uploaded the real Carmageddon 2? Why...

Hah, what the hell do you know! I'VE ACTUALLY PLAYED THE ORIGINAL GAME!! When it first came out, my friend bought the original CD of Carmageddon 2. It didn't have that newer 3D graphics at all and there were cops standing at some places, just like in Carmageddon 1. The cops in C2 looked like they're from C1, but they had a new design.

I think that the older version got banned due to extreme violence, just before sb actually thought of uploading it. A friends friend finished that game, and told that you get a slaughtermachine with infinite mortar instead of what it has now - a pathetic hipitank. Ahh! And that Pitbull truck was 4x bigger! I mean, it took up all 4 car lanes!

@M1scV1d there is apsolutely nothing about that version on the whole internet. at least i cant find it,,, that is very odd. even if it was banned, some short historical data, should exists... is it maybe Carmageddon Splat Pack ? it was for dos,,, but is still expansion for carma 1...

No-no-no.. I have Splat Pack now and that's not it. That was real C2 - it had "groups" aka some worlds and then a mission. C1 and Splat Pack don't have that gigantic Pitbull truck or that Pitbull mission.

Splat Pack has replaced only few cars and tracks, but the rest remains the same.

I'm writing a post in official Carmageddon forum, maybe sb else had it too.
