  • So strange, Bruce singing country, folk and Dixie...glad I bought the DVD, still my favourite.

  • Hey! great video! Hope to find more uploads from you :)

  • Good Lord, that is one SMOKIN' band.

  • Oh lordy, this is the most kick ass version I've heard. I don't say this often, but those trombone solos totally melted me.

  • The folky / country side of Bruce - such a versatile entertainer :)

  • THE BOSS!!!

  • This concert , Live in Dublin, is 50 times better than in Barcelina, 100 times better than all the others-

Everything seems to be working, even the country sound is ok.

Best from springsteen is the oklahoma home.- exeptionel.

    Nille Skagen

  • This is perfect! The only way it could be better is if Levon Helm sat in with him.

  • Springsteen sings Woody Guthrie, in Dublin, Ireland, ...does it get better? I was reading Willa Cather this weekend, and this song reminded me of the Shimerda family, working in their fields.

  • Great stuff!

    Thanks for sharing

  • GREAT MUSIC GREAT TALENT on a great old song

  • amazing! one of the best perfomance i've ever seen

  • Bruce seems to be able to do anything.....

  • would have made a good country and western singer

  • I love this video. Thanks for upload.

  • MAGIC

  • @Norabarghati no no magic is in another album hahahahahahahaha!

  • I sing this song every day.

  • i love banjo!!

  • This is a really fun song.;)

Happy New Year Bruce and Co.!

  • Fantastic........

  • SUPERGEANT!

  • I like banjo player Greg Liszt.

  • The trumpet, sax and trombone solo is the best part, starting at 5:50

  • Bruce Springsteen live in Dublin is the best live album I've ever heard by far.

  • absolutely stunning!

  • Simply the BOSS

  • This is MUSIC. simply the best!! 70+

  • Being born in Oklahoma I sure can remember my parents and Grand Parents talking about the dust bowl.

  • bruce springsteen has brought me more joy than anyone else on this planet he will always be the boss....happy 60th bruce ur the man.....

  • this is a great version, but I still think Pete's is the best =)

  • THIS IS THE GOOD SHIT !!!

  • He is not good shit. He is best. You is the good shit.

  • I keep dreaming of a reunion with the Seeger Sessions. One concert wasn't enough for me, gotta see 'em again!

  • Awesome performance of this great song or his.

  • My favourite song with The Boss. Thanks to upload this video.

  • the jamming in this song is exceptional.

the music is brilliant ,you don't want them to stop.

as good as anything anyother band of this kind could do.

    A+++++++

  • My Oklahoma Home (It Blowed Away)

A dust bowl ballad written in 1961 by Sis Cunningham and her brother Bill Cunningham for Broadside Magazine

  • great song bruce is the boss

  • Nice!

  • Creamtangerine thats a mental comment. pete seger sung it before woddy, but its a folk song and thats part of the folk tradition that the song gets picked up by more than one artist, if its good.

more folk songs not less, napster broke the copy right laws, f*****k plagerism, viva la revolution viva la folk

  • This song is certainly not an endorsement of capitalism but where you draw the conclusion that it is a song about socialism i dont know. Bruce has made millions but unless you are a communist i fail to see how that makes him a bad person. "Jerk," does the term not best describe rapists, serial killers and people of lesser intelligence? Its certainly not a befitting term to describe a man who ( love or hate it) has produced quality music since 1968 and in the process has paid millions in taxes.

  • Two things:

1st - I wouldn't refer him as a rip off artist and an idiot, but yes a musician who knows what he's doing and what he's capable of.

2nd - Obama, a vote stealer? Ah... I'll let the world speak for me...

  • just the best, bar none.

  • I'm from spain and he's the cultural ambassador of U.S.A. and Glory Days has an universal message about friendship. Remember it next time, when you meet an old friend for drink a beer and talk about the old times.

Thanks to god, he hasn't died from drugs yet.

  • begs the question of why you're watching it then?

  • I can understand what you mean, Hendrix was a legend. However there are advantages to dying when you are in your prime. The great Ayrton Senna was indeed an all time great but by dying in his prime he became imortal. Had Hendrix lived on and ended up on drugs, destitute producing second rate music would you have the same opinion? Bruce is a legend and an album like Devlils and Dust (2005) cannot be described as not being "relevant." Music is always subjective but, GO ON THE BOSS!!!!!!!!!

  • You're tired? Why even bother watching this? Maybe he stopped being relevant years ago due to the music of the 21st century... He's relevant, and still brings us great music and great performances! He was at the Super Bowl because it was about time! Did you watch his concert? Everybody at the stadium was singing and jumping... Not have died from drugs just demonstrates his greatness

  • yeah man bruces greatness will go down as the greatest eva.

  • boss cant do no wrong i have like 89 songs of bruce on my ipod i want more

  • thats why he's the BOSS!!!!!!

  • Visit Slapout Oklahoma !

  • I use to have a t-shirt that said "Where the World is Slapout, Oklahoma?"

  • I think I've heard of those shirts before, but I think I'll make one that reads "Bushyhead or Bust" , a nothing town named from an Indian chief in Rogers County.

  • Absolutely brilliant ...I wish I was at the live concert.

  • Rock it, Art Baron, Rock it! :) They're all awesome here, the entire band. Oh yeah, Bruce is good too. :D

  • Love this, what a great performance! Thanks for posting this gem. Fived and faved.

  • Just awesome*****`s

  • absolutely golden. the quality of bruce and the artists surrounding him is just incredible. this is such a great dvd, i would encourage ANYONE to get their hands on it - it's awesome.

  • I never thought I would ever say this...but his stage presence kind of reminds me of JOhnny Cash.

  • the boss is the best

  • man... you've got a great taste... this is the best performer of any music you could ever imagine... except from some head-banging-sort of music, I guess....I've been a fan the last almost 30 years... welcome to the club, my friend.. greetings from Norway

  • this is absolut fantastic!!

  • blown away!
