Far too many people mis-pronounce the title - they say "Dy-er-Make-er" and don't get the POINT! it's a british PUN! "Did you make her?" (as in f**k her)... "Didja make 'er?" ... DJA MAKE-ER? spoken like a lower class Brit, sounds just like JAMAICA... SEE?
