honestly the video doesn't really sound like the actual tornado, but it gives you an idea, i thought the tornado was going away from us, until i caught a glimpse of it. less than 100 yards away from my home.
Where was this filmed???I lived at 519 11th st., and I remember a tordado ripping my back door off, and taking all the tiles off my roof a few years ago. I am glad to see the bon soir is gone though!! :)
I miss living in westwego but i don't miss the extream weather. We use to live on vic a pitrie and had to get out by boat so many times due to flooding. I'm glad everyone got out of this ok.
if you didn't know a tornado hit westwego again the day after gustav hit the 2 story apartment at ave d and vic a pitre's second floor is completely distroyed
just letting you know westwego is in louisiana across the river from new orleans one of the families affected by this tornado will be on exreme home makeover on may 18 2008

they are building a fancy subdivsion from tanglewood blvd to the sewer plant from the canal to lapalco

this was on feb, 13 2007, 1 apartment building that was hit had just reopened after replacing it's roof from damage from katrina
