@AnnyMiley i cant explain it like a pro so i'll just give you an example..for example you're going to do the chord G..the first number is 3..that is the no. of the fret where your middle finger should be placed, so its the top string or low E on the 3rd fret w/ your Middle and the second number is 2..coz that's the no. of fret where you're index finger should be placed..so again, its the second fret, and A string w/ your index.

@AnnyMiley .the next one is the zero..anyway the 0 is nothing..you dont have to mind that coz its not included in the chord you're suppose to make..after the zero..there's the 3 again..this time..your ring finger will be at B string on the third fret..the other 3 is for your pinky..so it's 3rd fret, high E and pinky..LOL..that's it..hope it helps
