i don't think ascension is something that we can just acquire. its a long process that has already started. however, at these stages the changes are very subtle, but they are there.

at each level of ascending consciousness there is a realization of new awareness and then a gradual acclimation to the new consciousness. As i understand it  there is no single ascension experience, what is talked about these days is simply a very rapid and very dramatic increase in awareness, but over time in a sustainable way. meditation for me is like breakfast. it makes a big difference in each day, but it is just one part of a good day.
