  • Loving the suggestivey shaped mic that reporter is using ;)

  • I am actually in this video. I'm at the very end in the London subway scene. I'm wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt, shorts and I have a long pony tail. It was a lot of fun working on this shoot that day.

  • i would love to puncture this hot little reporter with my hot manhood

  • My old band and I were playing New Year's Eve in Panorama, British Columbia, and were just about to head down to the show. Someone found this on the TV, which changed everything. We all locked ourselves into one hotel room to watch it - with the promoter banging on the door. We opened it once to threaten him and to have hime go get more beer ( which he did ), then he joined us. We were 45 mins late but it was worth it!

  • Harmony parts are so orgasmic. First song they made :-)

  • hahah i saw em live at wembly the other night :P

  • That was top class

  • spinal tap novice here.......to what degree do they play their own instruments?

  • They are actually musicians and they do play and record their own instruments. They are decent enough musicians but of course it's all comedy.

  • fully.

  • To the fullest degree.

  • ah, I was hoping to hear big bottom on this one

  • me too....especially the double-neck bass from Nigel...heh...actually...all kidding aside...Big Bottem with Neal Peart on drums would friggin Rock...bring the Gong!

  • u ssaved my life posting these.

  • Can anyone help me?

Harry Shearer provided his talents to an episode of a brilliant Australian series called 'Frontline'. It was all about a commercial news outfit trying to provide the news, and ratings, etc.

Harry Shearer was brilliant in this particular episode. I do recall that the colour orange was significant during his moment.

Can anyone help me to track down this brilliant series?

  • dang i was hopin the giant stonehenge was going to fall down from the top of the stage during "all the way home"

  • heh...you should be a writer!

  • I remember them playing Rainy Day Sun at this concert, was I wrong??

  • You're not wrong. It's on my walkman jobby. Along with America and the Suicide song to finish off. If I ever figure out how I'll post it for you.

  • Anybody noticed that John "Ozzie" Osbourne is listed as Technical Director in the end credits? Was the (f*ck*ng) prince of (f*ck*ng) darkness really involved in this Spinal Tap?

  • who cares

  • yeah, having tap who cares for taht rotten old crackhead

  • No, but John Osbourne was...

  • ... and they are great !!!

  • some of you have forgot that it s just entertainment !! its not a real band :) they are comedians before being musicians . the success of the 1st " spinal tap " made them tour , make album etc.. but they are COMEDIANS ! you know . debate about the lyrics is so funny :)

  • there almost like the blues brothers

  • It would be great if they were a real band, because I have found myself obsessed with them. How cool would it have been to be in the audience for that show?

  • I'm still waiting for a brushed up rendition of 'Lick My Love Pump'. Maybe the complete trilogy.

  • That is the main fall of Spinal Tap. They are accomplised musicians but their lyrics are so childish. And they kicked onto the Psychadelic fad in 67, at its peak.

  • They are good musicians. Their failure came from their immature lyrics and how they always jumped on a music bandwagon just as the fad was winding down.

  • I really hope you are not serious

  • LOL .... I read that and re read it..they can't be serious...oh sheesh I just notice his next comment..I think he's serious (?)

  • lol.he's doing to youtube audiences what Spinal Tap did 21 years ago.Taking the piss!!(I hope)

  • What are you talking about? I still have Shark Sandwich on vinyl, which I think was a very under rated album.

  • under-recorded too, and a bit under-played as well

  • oh, and perhaps it was under-bought

  • Shark Sandwich is awesome! Some people call it Shit Sandwich but they just don't get it like I do.

  • agreed

  • whats scary is that they are actually amazingly talented.

  • spinal tap is a movie well worth seeing for most people. i laughed good, and i never laugh for real
