In Crackdown you can pick up a bus and tank. You cant do that in Prototype. In Crackdown you can scale a building with a one jump, in infamous it takes 15 seconds (unless youre grinding). Crackdown has Agent vehicles that can morph, Infamous has no vehicles whatsoever.
