Just because I download music, does not mean I do not like the bands, it's just that I wish not to pay for it. And they already gain a lot of money, even under these conditions. So in my opinion, it's a win-win situation.

The only downside is that the bands, or artist will indeed gain less money. But they get very few of you when you buy an album.

Now, if everyone would do so, it would be a nice gain for them, but more of a loss for us.

Its not just the band losing money its the record company that makes the band possible losing money. What I mean is record companies used to take losses on bands that were artistically great but not money makers because they knew the money makers would cover the difference. When you cut the funding of the record company by downloading they make up the difference by cutting artistic bands and overloading the safe bland moneymakers. The actual sound comes from an acoustic, but there are effect pedals for electric guitar that makes your electric guitar to sound like an acoustic. Try one of those out.
